Lynher Dairies produce the iconic cheese, the Cornish Yarg. Using their own Ayrshire and other carefully selected herds, they handmake all their cheeses. They moved their sights from nettle to garlic to create their garlic yarg. Using the same recipe for both cheeses, the only difference is the leaf that it’s wrapped in. Its hard to believe as the taste is vastly different, amazing how one tweak from mother nature can change the flavour.
